Located next to the 3 Arena, North Dock bears the distinction of being Dublin's first nZEB (nearly zero energy building) office development of 30,000sq ft over two floors.

The Gilead offices were brought to fruition by JJL plc and we worked as an integrated member of their design team.

We ensured that every aspect of the design aligned with the client's demanding acoustic specifications including client-facing meeting rooms, mixed-use spaces, server rooms, open plan offices, breakout spaces and private offices. We reviewed the M&E requirement and conducted post-completion testing to ensure compliance.
