Seven Mills is Ireland's newest town, part of the Clonburris scheme in west Dublin. CAIRN homes engaged us to oversee the Acoustic Design of the largest of the various 'Tiles' - T2.

Consisting of 607 Apartments in 7 blocks up to seven stories tall. Our consultants were embedded in the Design Team with weekly meetings discussing every aspect of the scheme design with the architect (ALTU) and wider team, ensuring that the Acoustic Criteria* would be achieved.

As of May 2024 the design phase has just completed and we look forward to moving onto the Tendering and Construction phases. In the meantime, Enfonic are currently appointed on Tiles 2-5 across the scheme.

*The Acoustic Criteria were provided in our Residential Design document which included relevant planning conditions. The schemes is also certified Passive House 'Classic' energy performance standard with associated enhanced acoustic performance.
