A proposed 5,690 sqm full-serviced apartment hotel in the city centre of Dublin targeting BREEAM Excellent certification when completed.

When developed it will consists of 104 hotel rooms across eight floors with basement plant room, bar, reception and restaurant. Enfonic were responsible for the entire acoustic design supporting the planning and the detailed design phase.
